Law Students Participate in Workshop on the Reorganization Law for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises
On Saturday, February 22, 2025, students enrolled in the Bachelor of Laws Program, as part of the Bankruptcy and Business Reorganization Law course (LAW63-321), participated in a workshop aimed at disseminating knowledge on the legal framework surrounding the reorganization of debtor enterprises classified as small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
The workshop was led by Lecturer Tinnlapas Chuphan Jaiwan, the course instructor, and was held at Chada@Nakhon Hotel, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province, as part of the fiscal year 2025 academic activities.
The objective of the workshop was to enhance students’ understanding of the Bankruptcy Act with a particular focus on SME debtor reorganization, specifically the concept of the Pre-packaged Reorganization Plan. The event also provided a platform for students to engage with expert opinions and legal perspectives, thereby enabling them to apply this legal knowledge effectively in their future professional endeavors.
