School of Law, Walailak University Organizes Speech Contest to Select Student Representatives for Rapee Day 2025

On Wednesday, July 1, 2025, the School of Law at Walailak University organized a speech contest in honor of Rapee Day 2025. The event took place at the Srithammarat Meeting Room, Faculty of Architecture Building, with the aim of selecting outstanding undergraduate law students to represent the university at the national-level speech contest hosted by the Lawyers Council of Thailand under the Royal Patronage.

The event received an enthusiastic response from law students, and the competition results are as follows:

🔹 Thai Language Category
🏆 First Prize: Ms. Rawisara Sujarit (1st year)
🥈 First Runner-up: Ms. Monticha Sangamas (2nd year)
🥉 Second Runner-up:
• Ms. Kanyapat Kanthasutthi (1st year)
• Mr. Narongchan Thonnam (3rd year)

🔹 English Language Category
🏆 First Prize: Ms. Soipetch (Yanin) Phuriphuttanon (4th year)
🥈 First Runner-up: Mr. Phumtheerthawat Phattarakulpakorn (1st year)
🥉 Second Runner-up: Ms. Salimthip Boonyai (2nd year)

The judging committee selected the first prize winners and first runner-ups from both language categories—a total of four students—to represent the School of Law in the national-level undergraduate speech contest for Rapee Day, organized by the Lawyers Council of Thailand under the Royal Patronage. The contest will take place on August 7, 2025, in Bangkok.
