Dr. Kratima Phattanasin, faculty member of the Law Program, School of Law, Walailak University, was invited as a guest lecturer to deliver a special lecture on the topic “Thailand’s Intellectual Property System for Chinese Enterprises: Focus on New Energy Industries”. The lecture was delivered in the Intellectual Property Law class of Assoc. Prof. Qin Jie, School of Economic Law, Southwest University of Political Science and Law (SWUPL), People’s Republic of China.
On the same occasion, Dr. Kratima visited the China–ASEAN Legal Research Center in Chongqing, where she was warmly welcomed by Assoc. Prof. Yang Xinglong from the International Law School of SWUPL, along with faculty members. The meeting served as a valuable opportunity to explore potential academic collaborations, including student and researcher exchanges, joint research projects, and the development of academic networks in the field of law at both regional and international levels.
This academic engagement highlights the Law Program’s commitment to international collaboration and represents a significant step in strengthening academic partnerships with leading institutions in China, thereby contributing to the advancement of legal education, research, and international cooperation.
