The School of Law, Walailak University, in collaboration with Benjamarachutit School, organized the project “Social Studies, Religion and Culture Enrichment Tutoring” to inspire knowledge and motivation in the field of social sciences among secondary school students.
On Thursday, January 29, 2026, the School of Law, Walailak University, welcomed teachers and students from Benjamarachutit School. The event was led by Ms. Thaweeporn Kongkaew, Acting Deputy Dean of the School of Law; Ms. Kwanmanee Maneechot, Assistant Dean for Student Affairs; and Ms. Pradipa Suwanrat, Assistant Dean for Public Relations and Academic Development, together with the Law Student Club. They jointly organized the project “Social Studies, Religion and Culture Enrichment Tutoring” to enhance knowledge, understanding, and experience in social sciences for secondary school students.
The activities included an introduction to the School of Law’s programs, recreational activities to promote creative learning, a general lecture on the justice system and the role of the courts, as well as a mock trial demonstration in a defamation by publication case. This provided students with the opportunity to learn through hands-on experience, deepening their understanding of court proceedings and the roles and responsibilities of legal professionals in a clear and practical manner.
The objective of the project was to support and prepare students who are interested in social sciences—particularly in law and governance—by helping them develop their potential and plan appropriate educational and career paths for the future. The event was held at the Mock Trial Laboratory, Walailak University, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province.
