The School of Law, Walailak University, led third-year law students enrolled in the course “Bankruptcy Law and Business Reorganization” on a study visit to the Legal Execution Office, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province, to enhance their knowledge and deepen their understanding of bankruptcy law and business reorganization processes in practice.
On Friday, February 13, 2026, the study visit was led by Mr. Tinlapas Chupanthanarakul, a lecturer of the School of Law. The activity aimed to broaden students’ learning through real-world situations, allowing them to closely observe the operations of a government agency that plays a significant role in law enforcement.
On this occasion, Mr. Paween Kumar, Director of the Legal Execution Office of Nakhon Si Thammarat, together with legal officers and government officials, warmly welcomed the students and shared their knowledge and experiences. The session covered both theoretical perspectives and practical applications of the law, reflecting the processes of legal execution, asset management in bankruptcy cases, and approaches to business reorganization.
The objectives of this study visit were as follows:
To enhance students’ in-depth understanding of bankruptcy law and business reorganization.
To provide students with the opportunity to learn about procedures, processes, and operational practices of the Legal Execution Office through real-life experience.
To promote learning beyond the classroom by connecting academic knowledge with the practical enforcement of law in real societal contexts.
This study visit is another example of the School of Law’s teaching approach, which aims to produce law graduates equipped with both theoretical knowledge and practical understanding, and who are well-prepared to pursue professional legal careers with quality in the future.
