On **20 July 2026**, the **School of Law, Walailak University**, led by **Associate Professor Naret Kesaprakorn, Acting Dean of the School of Law**, participated in an academic seminar held under the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on academic cooperation. The seminar, titled **”Establishing Collaborative Guidelines to Drive the MoU Toward Its Goals,”** was organized by the **Office of the Constitutional Court** to promote the exchange of ideas and strengthen academic collaboration between the Office of the Constitutional Court and its network of higher education institutions.

The seminar brought together representatives from **14 higher education institutions** to exchange knowledge and best practices in teaching, research, and academic services. Participants also discussed operational frameworks and collaborative mechanisms under the MoU, with the shared objective of building a strong academic network and ensuring that the partnership delivers tangible and sustainable outcomes.

The event was presided over by **Professor Nakharin Mektrairat, President of the Constitutional Court**, and attended by Constitutional Court Justices, the Secretary-General of the Office of the Constitutional Court, senior executives of the Office, and administrators from partner universities across Thailand. Together, they shared their visions and established strategic directions for collaboration aimed at enhancing legal education and strengthening the country’s justice system.

The School of Law’s participation in this seminar reflects **Walailak University’s strong commitment to fostering partnerships with judicial institutions and constitutional organizations**. Through these collaborations, the School seeks to enhance the quality of legal education, strengthen the capabilities of its students and academic staff, and promote the creation of knowledge that contributes to Thailand’s sustainable national development.
