On Wednesday, 19 August 2026, students from the School of Law, Walailak University, proudly achieved Second Runner-Up at the 2026 Rapee Day Legal Quiz Competition – Regional Qualifying Round, organized by the Office of the Chief Justice of Region 8 and held at Kaew Samui Resort, Surat Thani Province.

The team received an honorary trophy, certificates, and a cash prize of 5,000 baht, and earned the right to represent the region in the national-level legal quiz competition, which is scheduled to take place on Saturday, 12 September 2026.

👨‍🎓 The team was supervised by Dr. Korathima Phattanasin, Assistant Dean for Public Relations and Student Academic Development, and Lecturer Phatravee Thongphum.
