Program Philosophy<\/strong>
The Bachelor of Laws program aims to produce graduates with academic knowledge and professional legal skills. The curriculum is designed to keep pace with social changes and enables students to apply legal concepts, theories, and principles in analyzing, criticizing, and resolving factual and legal issues. Graduates will be equipped to promote justice for individuals and society, in accordance with professional ethics.<\/p>

  1. Experiential Learning Approach:<\/strong>
    The curriculum integrates proactive academic services within communities and local societies, enhancing students\u2019 communication, interaction, leadership, analytical thinking, and professional attitudes.<\/p><\/li>

  2. Legal Practice Facilities:<\/strong>
    Students benefit from practical training in facilities such as a mock courtroom, a legal aid clinic, and a community mediation center. These experiences prepare them for an 8-month cooperative education placement.<\/p><\/li>

  3. Curriculum Structure for Legal Licensing:<\/strong>
    The program is designed to support students in qualifying for the \u201cTua-Pee\u201d lawyer license examination administered by the Lawyers Council of Thailand.<\/p><\/li>

  4. UKPSF-Aligned Teaching Standards:<\/strong>
    Program faculty possess teaching experience that aligns with the UK Professional Standards Framework (UKPSF), endorsed by Advance HE (The Higher Education Academy, UK), ensuring high-quality teaching and learning support.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

    Program Objectives<\/strong><\/p>

    1. To produce law graduates with up-to-date legal knowledge aligned with the global emphasis on technology and digital media, which play a key role in modern social, economic, and quality-of-life development.<\/p><\/li>

    2. To prepare graduates with the capability to work in legal professions that address and support national policy and promote social equity.<\/p><\/li>

    3. To develop graduates with a strong sense of social responsibility, adhering to ethical and professional standards.<\/p><\/li>

    4. To ensure graduates attain the four key learning outcomes as outlined in the 2022 Thai Qualifications Framework for Higher Education (TQF:HEd).<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

      Academic System<\/strong><\/p>

      • Semester System:<\/strong>
        The academic year is divided into two regular semesters. Each semester comprises no fewer than 15 weeks of instruction.<\/p><\/li>

      • Credit Bank System:<\/strong>
        Available for non-traditional students outside the formal education system.<\/p><\/li>
