\"\ud83d\udccd\"<\/span> Bali, Indonesia \u2013 May 23, 2025 at 08:00 AM (local Bali time): A delegation from the School of Law, Walailak University visited the Faculty of Law, Udayana University as part of the \"\ud83c\udf10\"<\/span> International Leadership in Education and Research Networking 2025 (iLEARN 2025) initiative to strengthen international academic partnerships.<\/div><\/div>
The delegation was led by:<\/div>
\"\ud83d\udc64\"<\/span> Mr. Kanokphol Nikornpest \u2013 Acting Assistant Dean for International Affairs<\/div>
\"\ud83d\udc64\"<\/span> Ms. Yosita Saikhwan \u2013 Acting Head of the Law Program<\/div>
\"\ud83d\udc64\"<\/span> Asst. Prof. Siwarut Laikram \u2013 Acting Head of the Research Institution<\/div>
\"\ud83d\udc64\"<\/span> Mr. Nodtapol Buangern \u2013 Assistant to the Dean for Student Academic Development<\/div><\/div>
\"\ud83d\udcdd\"<\/span> The visit commenced with an official opening ceremony, including the Indonesian national anthem, prayer, and a welcome address by<\/div>
Prof. Dr. Putu Gede Arya Sumerta Yasa, Dean of the Faculty of Law, Udayana University.<\/div>
Remarks on behalf of Walailak University were delivered by Mr. Kanokphol Nikornpest, reaffirming the university’s vision for academic collaboration \"\ud83c\uddf9\ud83c\udded\"<\/span>.<\/div><\/div>
\"\ud83e\udd1d\"<\/span> A highlight of the event was the academic cooperation between the two institutions, paving the way for joint efforts in education, research, student and faculty exchange, and international academic initiatives.<\/div><\/div>
\"\ud83d\udcda\"<\/span> This was followed by:<\/div>
\"\ud83d\udccc\"<\/span> A presentation on academic programs and student development by Mr. Nodtapol Buangern<\/div>
\"\ud83d\udccc\"<\/span> A research collaboration proposal by Asst. Prof. Siwarut Laikram<\/div><\/div>
\"\ud83d\udde3\ufe0f\"<\/span> In the afternoon, the delegation participated in an international academic seminar titled:<\/div>
\u201cComparative Criminal Law Between Thailand and Indonesia in Theft and Embezzlement Offences.\u201d<\/div>
Speakers included representatives from both universities, and the seminar sparked dynamic academic dialogue and cross-cultural legal exchange.<\/div><\/div>
\"\ud83c\udf7d\ufe0f\"<\/span> The event concluded with a friendly lunch and a campus tour, including key areas such as the Sanglah\u2013Sudirman Campus, home to major academic and research facilities of the Faculty of Law.<\/div><\/div>
