On Wednesday, 25 June 2025, the School of Law, Walailak University, in collaboration with the Nakhon Si Thammarat Provincial Court, organized the special lecture project \u201cUnited for Mediation 2025\u201d for the 2025 academic year. The event took place at Lecture Building 5, Walailak University, and was attended by a large number of students, faculty members, staff, and members of the public.<\/p>

The event featured distinguished speakers:
\ud83d\udc68\u200d\u2696\ufe0f Mr. Nipon Kongphet, Chief Judge of Nakhon Si Thammarat Provincial Court, delivered a special lecture on \u201cKnowledge of Pre-Litigation Dispute Mediation\u201d pursuant to Section 20 Ter of the Civil Procedure Code.<\/p>

\ud83d\udc69\u200d\u2696\ufe0f Mrs. Supattra Suebsom Anantapong, Senior Judge of Nakhon Si Thammarat Court, presented a special lecture on \u201cKnowledge of Post-Litigation Dispute Mediation\u201d under Section 20 Bis of the Civil Procedure Code and on \u201cOnline Mediation.\u201d<\/p>

\ud83d\udccd This activity was organized in celebration of the auspicious occasion of the 73rd Birthday Anniversary of His Majesty King Vajiralongkorn. It aims to promote widespread awareness of mediation as an alternative dispute resolution method, enhance the efficiency of the court\u2019s mediation system, and foster understanding of the roles of judges and legal officers within the court system. Additionally, guidance was provided on preparing for legal professional examinations for students planning to enter the legal field.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
