Dr. Kratima Phattanasin<\/strong>, faculty member of the Law Program, School of Law, Walailak University, was invited as a guest lecturer<\/strong> to deliver a special lecture on the topic \u201cThailand\u2019s Intellectual Property System for Chinese Enterprises: Focus on New Energy Industries\u201d<\/em>. The lecture was delivered in the Intellectual Property Law class<\/strong> of Assoc. Prof. Qin Jie<\/strong>, School of Economic Law, Southwest University of Political Science and Law (SWUPL)<\/strong>, People\u2019s Republic of China.<\/p>

On the same occasion, Dr. Kratima visited the China\u2013ASEAN Legal Research Center<\/strong> in Chongqing, where she was warmly welcomed by Assoc. Prof. Yang Xinglong<\/strong> from the International Law School of SWUPL, along with faculty members. The meeting served as a valuable opportunity to explore potential academic collaborations<\/strong>, including student and researcher exchanges, joint research projects, and the development of academic networks in the field of law at both regional and international levels.<\/p>
