On July 16, 2025, at 10:30 AM, a research team from the project titled:
\u201cThe Development of Digital Technology and Artificial Intelligence in Legislative Systems Towards a Digital Parliament,\u201d
funded by the Secretariat of the House of Representatives for the fiscal year 2025, conducted an official interview with Mr. Nattapong Ruangpanyawut, the Leader of the Opposition in the House of Representatives, at the Opposition Leader\u2019s Office Meeting Room, Parliament Building (Sappaya-Sapasathan), Samsen Road, Dusit District, Bangkok.<\/p>

In addition to interviewing the Opposition Leader, the research team also gathered insights from various internal parliamentary agencies, including:
The Committee Affairs Bureau,The Legal Affairs Bureau, The Academic Bureau, The Secretariat of the House of Representatives, The Public Relations Bureau, The aim was to collect in-depth information and policy-level perspectives on the integration of digital technology and AI into Thailand\u2019s legislative process.<\/p>

Participating in this research was Lecturer Kanokphon Nikornpase, Assistant Dean for International Affairs and Law Program lecturer at Walailak University School of Law, who contributed as part of the research team in conducting academic interviews and data collection.<\/p>

This interview session sought to explore approaches for developing and applying digital technology and artificial intelligence (AI) within the Thai legislative framework. It also focused on the design and development of AI models capable of policy data analysis, legislative drafting assistance, and overall improvement of the Thai Parliament\u2019s operational efficiency.<\/p>

\u00a0The insights and feedback from the Opposition Leader and parliamentary agencies will directly inform the development of a prototype AI system for the Digital Parliament, and support the evaluation of its feasibility and potential impacts for future legislative applications in Thailand.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
