Mr. Tinlaphas Chupantanarakul, a lecturer at the School of Law, Walailak University, presented his research at the National Academic Conference on \u201cDigital Technology Law and Policy\u201d, held during 15\u201316 December 2025 at the Faculty of Law, Chulalongkorn University.<\/p>

The paper, entitled \u201cA Comparative Legal Analysis of FTX and Celsius: Strengthening Thailand\u2019s Bankruptcy and Digital Asset Regulatory Framework,\u201d examined and compared the legal issues arising from the FTX and Celsius cases. The presentation aimed to reflect lessons learned from international case studies in order to contribute to the development of Thailand\u2019s legal framework, ensuring that it is better equipped to address risks associated with digital asset businesses and to enhance sustainable investor protection.<\/p>
