On February 14, 2026, the School of Law organized the course LAW63-333: Advocacy and Mock Trial. The course was taught by Mr. Taweesak Rattanawongdej, an experienced professional lawyer, as a special lecturer, with Ms. Thaweeporn Kongkaew serving as the course coordinator. The program focused on enhancing students\u2019 capabilities by combining in-depth theoretical knowledge with systematic practical skill training.<\/p>

The course was designed to integrate both theoretical and practical learning. It encouraged students to develop systematic analytical thinking based on academic principles, recognize legal professional ethics, and understand the roles and responsibilities of legal professionals in all dimensions. The course content covered law office management, legal consultation, case preparation, drafting pleadings and statements of defense, as well as techniques for witness examination and courtroom advocacy.<\/p>

The teaching approach emphasized lectures alongside practical training through simulated scenarios (Mock Trial) at the Mock Courtroom of Walailak University. This allowed students to experience a realistic courtroom environment, build confidence, develop quick thinking, enhance courtroom communication skills, and apply legal principles to factual situations in a professional manner.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
