On Wednesday, 19 August 2026, students from the School of Law, Walailak University, proudly achieved Second Runner-Up at the 2026 Rapee Day Legal Quiz Competition \u2013 Regional Qualifying Round, organized by the Office of the Chief Justice of Region 8 and held at Kaew Samui Resort, Surat Thani Province.<\/p>

The team received an honorary trophy, certificates, and a cash prize of 5,000 baht, and earned the right to represent the region in the national-level legal quiz competition, which is scheduled to take place on Saturday, 12 September 2026.<\/p>

\ud83d\udc68\u200d\ud83c\udf93 The team was supervised by Dr. Korathima Phattanasin, Assistant Dean for Public Relations and Student Academic Development, and Lecturer Phatravee Thongphum.<\/p>

The Second Runner-Up team consisted of:<\/p>

The team received an honorary trophy, certificates, and a cash prize of 5,000 baht, along with the opportunity to represent the region at the upcoming national-level competition.<\/p>

In addition, the School of Law also sent \u201cWalailak University Team 1\u201d to participate in the competition, consisting of:<\/p>

Despite being composed entirely of first-year students and newcomers to the competition, both students demonstrated outstanding potential, advancing through several rounds and ultimately achieving an impressive 5th-place finish.<\/p>

This achievement reflects the students\u2019 thorough preparation and continuous training, supported by the dedicated guidance and knowledge-sharing of faculty members from the School of Law, Walailak University.<\/p>

The School of Law, Walailak University, warmly congratulates and commends all participating students for their dedication and for proudly representing the University on the regional stage.<\/p>
