On Saturday, 4 March 2023, the Lecturers of the Law Programme, School of Law, Walailak University jointly took students to participate in the procession of cloth up the Phra Mahathat on the occasion of Makha Bucha Day 2023 at Wat Phra Mahathat Woramahawihan, Muang District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province in the project to preserve art and culture.

“Provided the Thai Civil Law Code to all first-year students as 9th Generation Children of Rapee Ceremony”

School of Law, Walailak University organized an event to give the Thai Civil Code to all first-year students as 9th for the academic year 2023, which is a curriculum tradition of Walailak Law School. This tradition is held by 2nd-year students.


It was the highest honored for school of law that Mister Thongthan Luangruengrong, Senior Judge of the Court of Appeal, Associate Professor Doctor Charun Bunyakarn, Acting Dean, and Assistant Professor Doctor Wijittra Petchakit, Acting Deputy Dean, presided over the ceremony and presented certificates to students who performed well while also giving all students motivational sermons.

School of Law lecturers and staff of the Law programme had given the Thai Civil Law Code to first-year students, which is analogous to providing intellectual weapons that first-year students will utilise in the legal path.


There are also activities for senior students. And the Law Student Club, which meets, talks, exchanges study guidelines, and lives within the university happily.
